Classification attributes are: good = no need for maintenance at the time of inspection; fair = no immediate need for maintenance or repair, some damage (cracks, moderate amount of rust, minor holes, etc.) is present, but should be check periodically; bad = culvert needs replacement or repair; silted = culvert needs cleanout, culvert condition is undetermined because culvert is at least 1/3 filled to completely filled with silt and/or debris.
