<abstract>Data are a graphic representation of water service boundaries in Marin County, California.</abstract>
<purpose>Data provide water service information for map creation and analysis. This feature class is created monthly by running a python script that selects appropriate features from districts providing water service and combines them into one feature class. These districts include Water Districts, Public Utility Districts, Community Service Districts and Private Utillity Districts.</purpose>
<supplinf>Data are in California State Plane Zone III NAD 1983 HARN. Fire Service boundary lines are updated monthly with a model run at the time of the parcel update. The model queries boundaries from the appropriate feature classes and compiles them into the fire service feature class. This assures that changes to special districts made during the month will be reflected in the fire service feature class.</supplinf>

Recipient agrees that the County and its Signatories shall not be liable to Recipient for any liability, claim, loss, damage, injury or expense of any kind caused or alleged to be caused, directly or indirectly, by the inadequacy of data obtained from the County or Signatories, by any deficiency of County or Recipient systems, by any delay or failure to provide any service, or by any other interruption, disruption or loss of Recipient operations.
